Hammock Accessibility Statement

Draft, pending launch and legal review. Highlighted items in brackets have not been confirmed. This draft creates no obligation.

Version 2.0 · Last updated [date] · Last assessed [date of first audit pass]

PXA LLC dba Hammock (“Hammock”) wants everyone to be able to use our website and products, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes what we are doing, where we are, and how to tell us when something doesn’t work.

Our commitment and target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA for our public website (gethammock.com), the Atlas web application, and the Atlas mobile apps. We are working toward that target; we do not yet claim full conformance. New and changed features are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA before release, and we are fixing the issues our testing finds in order of severity.

What we do

Known limitations

As of the assessment date above: [list findings from the first audit pass, e.g., “some charts in Atlas lack text alternatives; fix targeted for [date]”; “PDF exports are not yet tagged”]. Documents and files uploaded by Clients, and content inside third-party systems we integrate with, are outside our control; if you encounter a barrier in such content, tell us and we will try to provide it in an accessible form.

AI features

Some features generate content with AI (for example, the Eirene assistant). We present AI output in accessible formats and welcome feedback where it creates a barrier.

Tell us about a problem

Email accessibility@gethammock.com (or write to PXA LLC dba Hammock, 333 East Lancaster Ave, Unit 110, Wynnewood, PA 19096-1929). Please describe the problem, the page or screen, the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, and how to reach you. We acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and tell you what we plan to do and when. There is no charge for requesting an accessible format or assistance. If you are not satisfied with our response, reply and ask for it to be escalated to the Managing Member.

Enterprise buyers

A VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report for Atlas will be available after a third-party audit planned before the self-serve launch; contact accessibility@gethammock.com for the current status.

This statement is reviewed at least annually and after major releases.
